This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) applies to the website hosted under the domain name https://relyqa.com/ (the “Website”), owned by RELY TECHNOLOGIES SL with registered office at Edificio Consorcio Zona Franca, S/N Bloque 01, Esc. C36 area portuaria de Bouzas 36208 Vigo - (Pontevedra) provided with C.I.F. B- 
B56549090, telephone 942788864 and email address admin@relyqa.com as well as any subdomains or dependent web pages thereof.

In accordance with current legislation on Personal Data Protection, RELY TECHNOLOGIES SL informs the user/s (the “User/s”) of the Website regarding the Privacy Policy that will apply to the processing of personal data provided by Users upon registering on the Website by completing the registration form provided for this purpose therein (the “Contact Form”), as well as in interactions carried out with RELY TECHNOLOGIES SL.

To browse the Website, Users are not required to disclose their personal data. However, in certain cases RELY TECHNOLOGIES SL may require certain data in order to offer the requested services.

Completion of the Registration Form by Users, as well as data provided through any type of interaction with RELY TECHNOLOGIES SL, necessarily and unreservedly implies knowledge and acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use, for which Users must check the box provided for this purpose on the Contact Form. 2. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Once Users complete the Contact Form or communicate their personal data by any other means, RELY TECHNOLOGIES SL will be the controller of the personal data provided to us in order to manage the provision of the requested services.

2.2. What Personal Data is processed?:

By completing the Contact Form, Users must provide essential personal data required for managing the service requested through the Website.

Likewise, during interactions with RELY TECHNOLOGIES SL, additional identifying, financial, academic or professional data may be requested in order to manage the execution of the requested services.

Users acknowledge and accept that failure to provide certain personal data will prevent RELY TECHNOLOGIES SL from delivering the services linked to such data.

2.3. For what purposes is Personal Data processed?:

RELY TECHNOLOGIES SL may process personal data provided by Users for the following purposes:

  • Response to enquiries raised in relation to services provided by RELY TECHNOLOGIES SL.

  • Contracting Services ss: Data provided by Users may be used to manage the commercial and/or contractual relationship.

  • User Registration: Data provided will be used to deliver services provided through the Website.

  • Advertising of own Services: RELY TECHNOLOGIES SL may send commercial communications to Users regarding advertising related to services offered, provided express authorisation exists.

  • Registration of job applications: Data provided will be processed to manage selection processes for vacancies arising at RELY TECHNOLOGIES SL.

  • The legal basis for processing data for purpose (b) is the performance of the service agreement.

  • The legal basis for processing data for purposes (a), (c), (d) and (e) is the express consent requested from Users via the mechanism provided for this purpose, without withdrawal of consent in any way conditioning performance of the service agreement. 

2.5. How long will Personal Data be retained?:

RELY TECHNOLOGIES SL informs Users that their personal data will be retained for the period strictly necessary to fulfill the processing purposes for which they were provided, provided the User has not revoked consent and, in any case, adhering to the data minimisation principle set out in applicable regulations.

In particular, personal data provided by Users will be retained for a duration determined according to the following criteria: (i) legal retention obligation; (ii) duration of the contractual relationship and handling of any liabilities arising from said relationship; (iii) request for erasure by the data subject where applicable; (iv) one year from receipt of data supplied for job application registrations.

Consequently, when their use is no longer necessary, personal data will be blocked, remaining available solely to competent authorities for the period and legal purposes established under applicable regulations. Upon expiry of this period, they will be erased.

2.6. Who has access to Personal Data?:

Optimal provision of services offered through the Website may require third-party collaborators and/or suppliers of the project associated with the Website to access personal data provided by Users in their capacity as data processors.

Communication of personal data to such third parties will at all times comply with applicable personal data protection legislation, for the sole purpose of managing service delivery and without requiring notification to data subjects of each initial disclosure. Third-party access to personal data will be governed by the corresponding data processing agreement required under applicable regulations.

Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection, as well as restriction of processing and data portability, in compliance with applicable data protection regulations. Given that exercising these rights is strictly personal, the individual concerned must prove their identity. Exercising these rights must be done via written communication signed by the data subject, indicating their address, attaching a copy of their National Identity Document or other identity document, addressed to RELY TECHNOLOGIES SL by email at admin@relyqa.com or by post to Edificio Consorcio Zona Franca, S/N Bloque 01, Esc. RELY TECHNOLOGIES SL informs Users that they have the option to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency should they consider that proper assistance was not received in exercising the rights set out in this section.

3. SENDING PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS

RELY TECHNOLOGIES SL may send promotional communications related to services offered to Users provided they have explicitly and specifically consented by checking the box provided for this purpose or through any clear statement of express consent.

Users may revoke consent granted for receiving promotional communications at any time by sending an email to admin@relyqa.com stating that they no longer wish to receive such communications. Furthermore, this option will be made available to the User in every promotional communication received via email.
